Yes, yet again, I have pushed my laundry to the very edge.  While today is, certainly, laundry day, it is simply something I do not have time for.  It will have to wait until tomorrow, but that said, I still have to wear clothes.

I have noticed when my closet is extra sparse the remaining items of clothing tend to be things that I would not immediately wear together– fancy dress, yellow cardigan, blazer.  I have to work today, so fancy dress is a bit too party and the cardigan and blazer can’t be worn without a top underneath.  And being that it is summer, slacks and a blazer sounds like no fun and totally inappropriate given I have no clean top.

So, I have opted for party dress with yellow cardigan.  Is it my best outfit?  Not by a long shot, but it will have to do for today, as will the swimsuit bottoms I am wearing for underwear.
