In what I can only assume is a symptom of pre-mourning life in California, I’ve been super into fake tans and bleach blonde, salt-sprayed hair. I’m headed to Palm Springs this weekend and am feeling the Summer vibe.

Tonight I had a birthday party which gave me a chance to show you guys a pretty different look than the one I posted last week. Today after work I put on a long, navy blue jersey skirt I got from JCrew and my favorite black tshirt (vintage T also from JCrew). Here are the details:

OPI’s High Maintenence

I haven’t washed my hair in days and days, but a combo of Bumble and Bumble’s Surf Spray and dry shampoo has made it an awesome rumpled mess that I’m pretty into. After I got home from work I added some black powder liner around my eyes over normal work make-up for fun.

I pulled my disaster hair back into a messy ponytail and pinned back my grown-out bangs. I’ve got on three gold necklaces in varying lengths (a horse shoe, a medallion, and a leaf) and Anthropologie Gold Leaf earrings.
