About 3 weeks ago, in a flurry of creative energy, I got green paint on my tank top. I have put off replacing it with anything (which will likely be a post at some point, as I am surprised how much internal process there goes into allowing myself to replace a piece), but now find it essential to replace this piece because… drum roll… I am going to Florida on Thursday!
Did you know it is crazy hot there, but hot like a jungle, not like a desert. I have maybe 4 items of clothing that are Florida weather appropriate. But hey, I don’t live in Florida and may not have the perfect clothes for it, but since I ruined that tank top and since that tank top would totally have been a Florida piece, I am considering how to best replace it in a way that would be best for my trip and equally good for my life when I get back.
So there is another factor in this little replacement. I could simply replace the item with a similar item, but I kinda want to replace it with something a little cuter, more fun, more flirty. In case you have not picked up on it, I am going to Florida for a specific reason, but I will not say much about it in this post, perhaps in the future.
So here I am at the end of a tank top and at the beginning of something a bit unknown. I must replace the tank without knowledge of the future. So many of life’s decisions have to happen in a way that messes with our preferred order of operations, yet we must still choose.
